 - ½ tsp salt
 
Toppings:
- ⅓ cup (75g) tomato pizza sauce
 - 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
 - 1 cup (115g) vegan mozzarella-style cheese (optional)
 - ½ cup (60g) red bell pepper, finely chopped
 - ½ cup (50g) mushrooms, finely chopped
 - ½ cup (15g) baby spinach, finely chopped
 - ¼ cup (30g) sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
 
Herb Oil (optional):
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
 
Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough: Combine all dough ingredients, knead until smooth, let rise.
 - Assemble the vegan pizza rolls: Roll out dough, add sauce, herbs, toppings, roll into a tube, cut into pieces.
 - Prepare herb oil: Mix herbs and oil, brush on rolls.
 - Bake: Bake rolls until golden brown.
 - Cool and serve: Enjoy warm or at room temperature with marinara or dipping sauce.
