These Super Easy Peanut Sesame Noodles are a quick and flavorful dish that combines the nuttiness of peanut butter with the fragrant aroma of sesame oil. Perfect for a simple weeknight meal or a delicious lunch option.
Ingredients
For the Sesame Noodles:
- ½ lb. Spaghetti or your favorite noodle (Pad Thai, Ramen, or Soba)
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Salted Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Optional Garnishes:
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Chopped Peanuts
- Black Garlic
Instructions
- Boil the Noodles: Bring noodles to a boil in a large pot of water according to packaged directions.
- Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat once thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Drain noodles and pour the sauce over. Toss the noodles until fully coated. Adjust the sauce consistency by adding a little sesame oil or water if needed. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, peanuts, and black garlic. Serve hot.

- You can add some sliced chicken or tofu for extra protein.
