Description

This Summery Blueberry Peach Smoothie with Greek Yogurt is a refreshing, fruity blend of blueberries, peaches, spinach, and fresh mint, made creamy with Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Naturally sweetened with fruit, it’s a protein- and fiber-rich smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or post-workout refuel.

Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

2 ripe peaches or nectarines, pitted (fresh or frozen)

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

45 fresh mint leaves
Optional: protein powder (vanilla or unflavored), ice cubes if not using frozen fruit

Instructions

  1. Add milk to a high-speed blender, followed by blueberries, peaches, spinach, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and mint.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust consistency with more milk for a thinner smoothie, or frozen fruit/ice for a thicker one.

  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Both fresh and frozen fruit work well—frozen makes the smoothie thicker and colder.
  • No need to peel peaches unless you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Make it vegan with dairy-free yogurt and plant-based milk.
  • Mint adds a refreshing flavor boost, but it can be left out.
  • Sweeten naturally with a drizzle of honey, maple syrup, or a date if desired.
