Description

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (or dark brown sugar)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full graham crackers)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Toppings:

  • 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 large chocolate bars (about 4 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 glass baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
  2. Mix Butter and Sugar: Cream ½ cup unsalted butter and ¾ cup brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  3. Prepare Graham Cracker Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix to form dough.
  4. Layer and Bake: Press most of the dough into the pan, top with marshmallow creme and chocolate. Add remaining dough on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan, then cut into bars. Enjoy!
