Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup light brown sugar (or dark brown sugar)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full graham crackers)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Toppings:
- 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 2 large chocolate bars (about 4 oz each)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 glass baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
- Mix Butter and Sugar: Cream ½ cup unsalted butter and ¾ cup brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Prepare Graham Cracker Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix to form dough.
- Layer and Bake: Press most of the dough into the pan, top with marshmallow creme and chocolate. Add remaining dough on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan, then cut into bars. Enjoy!
