Ingredients

¾ cup peach preserves
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup peach-flavored whiskey (e.g., Crown Royale)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
For Garnish (Optional):
2–4 medium peaches, halved & pitted
Instructions
- Step 1: Prep the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to an even thickness of about ½-inch. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish or large resealable plastic bag and set aside. - Step 2: Make the Marinade
