Layers of buttery crackers sandwich rich caramel and a luscious chocolate topping, finished with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt for the perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients
Club crackers layer:
- 90 Club crackers
 
Caramel layer:
- 1 cup butter, salted
 - 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
 - 3/4 cups heavy cream
 
Chocolate topping:
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
 - Maldon sea salt for finishing
 
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. Spray with nonstick spray.
 - Layer the crackers: Arrange a layer of Club crackers on the bottom of the pan.
 - Make the caramel: In a pan, melt butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream. Boil for 7 minutes.
 - Layer and chill: Pour half of the caramel over crackers, add another cracker layer, then top with remaining caramel. Chill.
 - Prepare chocolate topping: Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Spread over caramel layer and sprinkle with sea salt.
 - Chill and cut: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then cut into bars with a sharp knife.
