- 2 pieces bread
 - ⅓ cup part-skim ricotta
 - 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc)
 - 2 teaspoons honey
 
Instructions
- Toast the bread. 
Spread half the ricotta on each piece of toast. Followed by ½ cup of berries on each piece. - Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey on each piece of toast. 
Serve immediately.
