1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
2 tablespoons hot sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and cream cheese until blended.
 -
Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
 -
Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
 -
Chill breaded balls for 20 minutes to firm.
 -
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry balls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
 -
In a bowl, whisk together Thousand Island dressing, hot sauce, and garlic powder for dipping sauce.
 -
Serve Reuben Balls hot with spicy Thousand Island on the side.

Notes
- Chill the balls before frying to help them hold shape.
 - Drain sauerkraut well to prevent sogginess.
 - For a lighter option, bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes or air-fry at 375°F for 10 minutes.
 - Pastrami, Gruyère, or mozzarella can be used as variations.
 - Leftovers reheat best in an oven or air fryer, not the microwave.
