This Oreo Peanut Butter Whip Pie is a creamy, no-bake dessert featuring a crunchy Oreo crust filled with a smooth peanut butter and cream cheese mixture, topped with Cool Whip and chopped peanuts. Perfect for peanut butter lovers and Oreo fans alike, it combines rich flavors and textures into a luscious pie that’s chilled to perfection.
Ingredients
Crust
- 26 Oreos (one standard package)
 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
 - 8 ounces Cool Whip (about 2 cups)

Topping
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the Oreos in a food processor and grind them into fine crumbs.
 - Combine crust ingredients: Add the melted butter to the Oreo crumbs in the processor and pulse until the mixture is evenly combined.
 - Shape and bake crust: Press the crust mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a pie plate. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Then turn off the oven and allow the crust to cool completely inside the oven.
 - Make the filling: In a stand mixer, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Start on low speed to avoid powder clouds, then increase to medium speed until smooth and well blended.
 - Add peanut butter: Beat in the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
 - Incorporate Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated into the peanut butter mixture.
 - Assemble the pie: Pour the filling into the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
 - Add toppings and chill: Sprinkle the chopped peanuts evenly over the top of the pie. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set properly.

Notes
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature to avoid lumps in the filling.
 - For extra crunch, you can toast the peanuts slightly before adding them as a topping.
 - This pie is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
 - If you prefer a thicker crust, you can increase the number of Oreos and butter proportionally.
 - Cool Whip can be substituted with homemade whipped cream for a fresher taste.
