- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup golden raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: Cream together butter and sugars until smooth, then mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and spices. Slowly add to the wet mixture.
- Add oats and raisins: Fold in both types of raisins by hand until combined.
- Bake: Drop dough onto baking sheets using a cookie scoop, bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
