Description

Indulge in the ultimate coffee shop-style treat with this Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino! This deliciously creamy frappuccino combines cold brew coffee, chocolate chips, and crunchy Oreo cookies, all blended into a frosty drink that’s as satisfying as it is sweet. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and more crushed cookies, this frappuccino is a perfect indulgence on a hot day or as a special dessert. Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s the perfect treat for coffee lovers and chocolate enthusiasts alike!

Ingredients

For the Base:

1 cup cold brew coffee or espresso

1/2 cup whole milk or almond/oat milk

1/3 cup chocolate chips (regular or mini)

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1/4 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

2 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped, reserve some for garnish)

For the Ice Blend:

2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill the Glasses: Begin by adding 1/4 cup of whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup to the bottom of two tall glasses. Store the glasses in the fridge while you prepare the frappuccino.

  2. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine cold brew coffee, milk, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, most of the chopped Oreo cookies, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is well combined but still has some chunky bits of chocolate chips.

  3. Add Ice: Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth and frothy. For a thicker frappuccino, add more ice.

  4. Prepare the Drink: Take the chilled glasses from the fridge and pour the frappuccino mixture into them. The whipped cream and chocolate syrup at the bottom will create a nice contrast when the frappuccino is poured.

  5. Top and Garnish: Top the frappuccino with the remaining whipped cream, drizzle with additional chocolate syrup, and sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreo cookies on top for garnish.

  6. Serve: Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Dairy-Free: Use almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk for a dairy-free version of this frappuccino.
  • Extra Crunch: Add extra crushed Oreos or a handful of mini chocolate chips to the blend for added texture.
  • Coffee-Free: For a coffee-free version, substitute the cold brew or espresso with decaf coffee or a milkshake base.
