Ingredients
2 sheets refrigerated pie crust, thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water

Chocolate syrup and marshmallow cream for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Crusts: Unroll the pie crusts and cut them into circles using a 3-inch cutter. You should get 16 circles.
- Prepare Filling: In a small bowl, mix the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Assemble Pies: Place a spoonful of the marshmallow and chocolate mixture in the center of half of the dough circles. Top with the remaining dough circles and press the edges to seal.
- Cinnamon Sugar Topping: In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Brush the tops of the pies with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake: Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Allow the pies to cool slightly before serving. Serve with chocolate syrup and marshmallow cream for dipping.
