Ingredients
For the Meatloaf Muffins:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
 - 1 Large Egg
 - 1/2 Yellow Onion, minced
 - 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
 - 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
 - 1/4 cup Ketchup
 - 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
 - 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
 
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
 - 2 tablespoons Parsley
 
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
 - Mix Meatloaf: Combine ground beef, egg, onion, seasoned salt in a bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and oats; mix well.
 - Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin.
 - Add Topping: Drizzle ketchup over each muffin.
 - Bake: Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
 - Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
