Ingredients

For the Meatloaf Muffins:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix Meatloaf: Combine ground beef, egg, onion, seasoned salt in a bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and oats; mix well.
  3. Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin.
  4. Add Topping: Drizzle ketchup over each muffin.
  5. Bake: Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
