Description

A refreshing and creamy Mango Pineapple Smoothie made with frozen mango, fresh pineapple, frozen banana, and dairy-free milk or yogurt. Perfect for a quick, tropical treat that’s naturally sweet, nutritious, and easy to make in just minutes.

Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) dairy-free milk or yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups (250 g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup (180 g) fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium (100 g) frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Prepare Fruit: Peel and chop or slice any fresh fruit such as the pineapple before starting the smoothie preparation.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Transfer all the ingredients including the dairy-free milk or yogurt, frozen mango, fresh pineapple, and frozen banana into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If you are not using frozen fruits, optionally add ice cubes or crushed ice to achieve a thicker and more refreshing consistency. For a thinner smoothie, add extra milk or dairy-free yogurt.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses. Optionally, sprinkle your favorite toppings such as desiccated coconut, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, granola, mint leaves, or nut butter. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness: Depending on the natural sweetness of your fruit, you may add a small amount of sweetener like maple syrup, agave nectar, or Medjool dates to taste.
  • Using fresh vs. frozen fruit affects texture: fresh fruits yield a milkshake-like smoothie, while frozen fruits create a thicker, ice-cream-like consistency.
  • For convenience, slice mango and banana ahead of time and freeze overnight for best texture.
