These Lamb Burgers are juicy, bold, and packed with flavor! A fun twist on classic burgers, they’re perfect for grilling season or a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Ground Lamb:

1 ½ pounds

Lamb Seasoning:

2 tablespoons

Pickled Beets:

½ cup, matchstick sliced

Mint Jelly:

½ cup

Garlic Aioli:

½ cup, or mayonnaise

Tomato:

1, sliced

Red Onion:

½, thinly sliced

Brioche Buns:

4, or hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season and Shape Patties: Combine the ground lamb and lamb seasoning. Form the meat into four 6-ounce patties, pressing a thumb indent in the center of each.
  3. Grill the Patties: Cook the lamb burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach 150°F internally.
  4. Add Toppings: Top each patty with blue cheese crumbles during the last minute of grilling. Toast the brioche buns on the grill.
  5. Assemble Burgers: Spread garlic aioli on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, red onion, burger patty, mint jelly, and pickled beets. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
