A delicious and creamy Keto TikTok Cajun Sausage and Cabbage Alfredo recipe that combines savory andouille sausage with tender cabbage in a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
For the dish:
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 - 14 ounces Andouille sausage, sliced
 - 6 tbsp Butter, divided into 2 tbsp and 4 tbsp
 - 1/2 Onion, chopped
 - 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
 - 5 cups Chopped Cabbage
 - 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
 - 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
 
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sausage until browned, then set aside.
 - Add 2 tbsp of butter to the skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until softened.
 - Into the skillet, add the remaining butter and cabbage. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
 - Pour in the heavy whipping cream and stir. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender.
 - Remove the lid, add Parmesan cheese, stir until thickened. Return sausage to the skillet and serve.
