Description
Kerry’s Special Potatoes are a creamy and indulgent side dish that will elevate any meal. Made with Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and green onions, these potatoes are rich in flavor and perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
Potatoes:
- 2 1/2 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes or Red Potatoes
 
Seasonings:
- 2 teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoned Salt (or salt)
 - 1 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper (or pepper)
 
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
 - 1 1/2 to 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
 - 4 Green Onions (sliced)
 
Instructions
- Cook the Potatoes: Place whole, unpeeled potatoes in a large pot of cold, salted water. Boil and simmer for 20–30 minutes until tender. Cool, peel, quarter, and cut into chunks.
 - Prepare the Dish: Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange potatoes in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, pour cream, top with cheese and onions.
 - Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
 - Serve: Let cool slightly, adjust seasoning if needed, and enjoy!

- You can prepare this dish ahead of time by assembling and refrigerating for up to 24 hours before baking.
