Ingredients
For the Pumpkin Cold Foam:
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp whole milk
1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
For the Chai Tea Latte:
½ cup milk of choice (I used 2%)
½ cup chai tea concentrate
Instructions
- Make the Pumpkin Cold Foam:
- Add all the pumpkin foam ingredients (heavy whipping cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice) to a mason jar or glass.
- Use a milk frother to froth until whipped and well-combined, about 10-20 seconds. Set aside.
- Prepare the Chai Latte:
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in ½ cup of milk of choice and ½ cup of chai tea concentrate. Stir to combine.
- Top with Pumpkin Foam:
- Spoon the frothy pumpkin cream over your iced chai tea latte.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Stir everything together or enjoy the layers as they are for a delicious, creamy, spiced experience.
