Description

This Healthy Mango Orange Smoothie with Yogurt is a creamy, refreshing blend of sweet mango, tangy mandarins, avocado, and Greek yogurt, with a hint of ginger and vanilla. Ingredients

1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)

1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)

1 cup mandarin oranges (peeled, fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt)

1/4 ripe avocado

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a high-speed blender, followed by mango, mandarins, Greek yogurt, avocado, ginger, vanilla, and sea salt.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust consistency with more milk for a thinner smoothie, or add extra frozen fruit/ice for a thicker texture.
