Description

This Healthy Mango Orange Smoothie with Yogurt is a creamy, naturally sweet, and protein-rich blend made with frozen mango, mandarin oranges, Greek yogurt, avocado, and ginger. It’s a vibrant, citrusy smoothie that’s quick to make and perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen mandarin oranges

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)

1/4 ripe avocado

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a high-speed blender, then add mango, oranges, yogurt, avocado, ginger, vanilla, and sea salt.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust liquid to achieve desired thickness—use less for a thick smoothie or more for a thinner consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter smoothie, use vanilla yogurt or add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  • Avocado adds healthy fats and creaminess, but banana can be substituted.
  • Omit ginger if preferred, or add turmeric or cinnamon for extra warmth.
  • Can be enjoyed as a smoothie bowl by reducing the amount of milk.
