Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6–8 skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes prior to use)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade:
 - In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili paste, honey, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended to create the marinade.
 - Marinate the Shrimp:
 - Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
 - Prepare the Pineapple:
 - While the shrimp is marinating, cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
 - Grill the Skewers:
 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between shrimp and pineapple.
 - Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through, and the pineapple has grill marks.
 - Serve:
