Description
Grilled peaches are a quick and delicious treat, perfect for adding a caramelized, smoky flavor to sweet summer fruit. This simple recipe features halved peaches brushed with butter and sprinkled with coconut sugar, then grilled to perfection for a warm, tender dessert or snack.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 4 peaches
 - 1 tablespoon butter (or ghee)
 - 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Heat the grill on medium heat. If using an outdoor grill, slice the peaches in half to prevent them from falling through the grates. If using an indoor grill pan, you can slice the peaches into halves or quarters for easier handling.
 - Prepare Peaches: Brush the open (pit) side of the peach halves with butter or ghee. Then evenly sprinkle coconut sugar over the buttered surface to add sweetness and aid in caramelization.
 - Grill Peaches: Place the peach slices cut side down on the grill or grill pan. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes until marked with grill lines and caramelized on the cut edge. Flip and grill the opposite side for another 2 to 3 minutes until tender and smoky.

Notes
- If you don’t have coconut sugar, you can replace it with any granulated sugar like brown or white sugar, though coconut sugar adds a richer caramel flavor.
 - Use ripe but firm peaches to ensure they hold their shape on the grill.
 - Grilled peaches make a great topping for ice cream, yogurt, or salads.
