  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill: Heat the grill to 400°F-450°F.
  2. Prepare chicken: Pat dry, brush with olive oil, season with spices.
  3. Grill chicken: Cook for 25 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 185°F.
