Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare crusts: Preheat the oven to 350°F. If using frozen crusts, allow them to thaw slightly at room temperature.
- Cook sweet potatoes: Peel and chop sweet potatoes, boil until fork-tender, about 10 minutes, then drain well.
- Prepare filling: Beat hot potatoes with butter until smooth. Add sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Mix in eggs until creamy.
