Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup milk

4 large eggs

½ cup onion, finely chopped

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)


Instructions
