Ingredients

Mascarpone Cream:

  • ½ cup Pumpkin puree
  • ⅔ cup Granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 cup Heavy cream cold

Assembly:

  • 28 Ladyfingers
  • 2 cups Coffee espresso, or strong coffee
