Ingredients
Mascarpone Cream:
- 15.87 oz Mascarpone cheese
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
 - ½ cup Pumpkin puree
 - ⅔ cup Granulated sugar
 - ⅓ cup Brown sugar
 - 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
 - ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
 - 2 cup Heavy cream cold
 
Assembly:
- 28 Ladyfingers
 - 2 cups Coffee espresso, or strong coffee
 
Instructions
- Prepare Coffee: Make the espresso coffee and let it cool. Set aside.
 - Make Mascarpone Cream: Mix mascarpone, sugars, salt, and spices. Add pumpkin puree, then cold cream. Mix until thick.
 - Assemble Tiramisu: Dip ladyfingers in coffee, layer in dish. Top with mascarpone cream. Repeat layers. Chill for 4 hours.
 - Serve: Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
