Description
This Cheeseburger Salad recipe combines all the delicious flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a fresh and satisfying salad. With juicy cheeseburger patties, crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and a creamy Big Mac sauce, this salad is a fun twist on a traditional meal.
Ingredients
Cheeseburger Patties
- 1 pound Lean ground beef, shaped into 4 equal patties
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - ½ teaspoon Black pepper
 - 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 4 slices American cheese
 
Salad
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce large shred
 - 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
 - ½ Small red onion thinly sliced
 - ½ cup Dill pickle slices
 - 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 
Croutons
- 2 Sesame seed hamburger buns diced into ½” cube
 - 2 tablespoon Salted butter melted
 - ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
 - ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
 - ½ teaspoon Salt
 
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons Ketchup
 - 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
 - 1 tablespoon Grated yellow onion
 - 2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
 - 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
 - 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
 
Instructions
- Croutons Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss with the cubed hamburger buns to fully coat. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
 - Cheeseburger Patties Season burger patties with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook to preferred temperature, then top with American cheese. Slice and set aside.
 - Big Mac Sauce Whisk ingredients together, chill for an hour for best flavor. Serve on burgers or salad.
 - Salad Layer lettuce, burger slices, and remaining ingredients on a platter. Drizzle with Big Mac Sauce and garnish with croutons. Serve immediately or let guests build their own bowls.
