Description

This Cheeseburger Salad recipe combines all the delicious flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a fresh and satisfying salad. With juicy cheeseburger patties, crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and a creamy Big Mac sauce, this salad is a fun twist on a traditional meal.


Ingredients

Cheeseburger Patties

  • 1 pound Lean ground beef, shaped into 4 equal patties
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices American cheese

Salad

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce large shred
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ Small red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Croutons

  • 2 Sesame seed hamburger buns diced into ½” cube
  • 2 tablespoon Salted butter melted
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Grated yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Croutons Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss with the cubed hamburger buns to fully coat. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cheeseburger Patties Season burger patties with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook to preferred temperature, then top with American cheese. Slice and set aside.
  3. Big Mac Sauce Whisk ingredients together, chill for an hour for best flavor. Serve on burgers or salad.
  4. Salad Layer lettuce, burger slices, and remaining ingredients on a platter. Drizzle with Big Mac Sauce and garnish with croutons. Serve immediately or let guests build their own bowls.
