Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 8 ounces boxed pasta, cooked to package instructions and chilled

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh dill or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and set aside to cool.
