Ingredients

For the casserole:

  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ cup onion, diced

  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 15-6 oz can tuna packed in water, drained
  • 110.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped

For the topping:

  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425 F. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, drizzle a little olive oil over them so they don’t stick together, and set aside.
