Description

This refreshing Basil Beet Juice is a vibrant and nutritious drink that combines the earthy sweetness of beets with the crispness of apple and carrots, all enhanced by the fresh flavor of basil. Perfect for a health boost any time of day.


Ingredients

For the Basil Beet Juice:

  • 1 large beet
  • 1 large crisp apple
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups water


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and cut the beet, apple, and carrots into large chunks. No need to peel them.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Place all the ingredients into the KitchenAid Torrent Magnetic Drive Blender and cover with the lid. Turn the dial to the juice setting and press start.
  3. Strain the Juice: Once the juice has blended, place a sieve over a large bowl. Pour the juice through the sieve to remove the pulp. Press with a spatula to squeeze all the juice out of the pulp. Refrigerate until ready to serve!

  • Storing Leftovers – Place leftover juice in a bottle or airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
