Description

Ingredients

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

  3. In a large bowl, combine blanched broccoli, shredded cheddar, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
