Description

This Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie is a creamy, fruit-filled drink inspired by the Tropical Smoothie Café favorite. Made with frozen strawberries, pineapple, coconut, and a touch of white chocolate, it’s a decadent yet refreshing blend that tastes like vacation in a glass. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert, this tropical smoothie delivers sunshine in every sip—ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

¾ cup frozen strawberries (chunks or slices)

¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 ½ tbsp white chocolate chips

1 ½ tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

¾ cup unsweetened plant milk (soy, oat, almond, or coconut)

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients – Place strawberries, pineapple, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and plant milk in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend – Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Sweetness – Taste and add maple syrup, honey, or agave if desired.
  4. Adjust Consistency – Add more plant milk if a thinner texture is preferred; blend again.
  5. Serve – Pour into a tall glass and top with extra coconut, fruit slices, or a drizzle of white chocolate. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use at least one frozen fruit to maintain creamy, chilled texture.

  • Swap white chocolate chips for white chocolate powder for a smoother blend.

  • Add a splash of coconut rum for an adult version.

  • Best enjoyed fresh; store leftovers up to 1 day in the fridge.
