Ingredients

Hazelnut Mixture:

  • 160ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids or above)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (Optional)

For the Chocolate Coating:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.
  2. Roast hazelnuts: Spread hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, then let them cool.
  3. Prepare hazelnut mixture: Blend roasted hazelnuts with almond milk until smooth.
  4. Melt ingredients: In a saucepan, combine hazelnut mixture, dark chocolate, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Heat until smooth.
  5. Chill: Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.
